2017 in Review

We started our Instagram page in February while visiting Fort Sumter National Monument in Charleston, South Carolina. We were already planning a road trip across America for the summer and figured an Instagram account would be a great way to share our adventures and show off the great junior ranger programs that our parks offer. The rest is history.IMG_6069

The month of June started with Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site in Alabama. We ended up hitting sites in Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, South Dakota, Colorado, and Arkansas. We earned over twenty site-specific badges on this trip.

We visited several sites in the D.C/Virginia/Maryland area in July, which provided a great opportunity to learn about major moments in U.S. history.

The months of August, September, October, November, and December took us to parks in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Massachusetts, and our home state of Georgia.

We’re excited to hit the road for another big road trip this June! Stay tuned!
